• Sporadic will randomly choose exercises from your group to challenge you with
• You set your own minimum and maximum difficulty for each exercise, and the challenge will be randomly selected from this range
• You and your friends have 24 hours to complete the challenge

• Make it work with your schedule by choosing which days you want a challenge
• Receive the challenge at the time you need by setting the notification timing
• Stylize your group with a custom name, color, and emoji
Once youre all set up, you can start receiving challenges to help you stay active and motivated! You may get a challenge to bike 5 miles, or you may get a challenge to do 14 pushups. Randomize your exercise!
